Welcome from Chef Andrea!
I’m Chef Andrea, a passionate and dedicated culinary artist with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. From the bustling markets of Europe to the vibrant dining scenes in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and now to my home here in Chino Valley, Arizona... my career has been a delightful adventure of taste and creativity.
I began my formal training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for all the French culinary techniques. Upon graduation, I worked at The Phoenician in Scottsdale and eventually moved to Food and Beverage Director in Paradise Valley, Arizona; Birmingham, Michigan; Los Angeles, California; and finally in Jackson Hole, Wyoming - all the while learning the intricacies of fine dining and perfecting my craft.
Cooking, to me, is an art form that bridges the gap between tradition and life. My goal is to show that not only can you satisfy the palate but also tell a story, evoking emotions and memories with every bite.

How does the ordering process work?
Our ordering process is convenient and easy! Just peruse our site, browse our delicious board options, choose your yummy board of choice, select a date for your board to be picked up or delivered, and then securely pay online. 'We will get working on your order within a day of your scheduled day so your board is fresh on your desired day. We'll contact you as soon as your board is ready to plan pickup or delivery.
Do you deliver to my address?
Yes, in fact we only offer delivery. As long as your address falls within one of our delivery zone within the greater Prescott area. We can deliver to your home or office at no additional cost. Outside of our delivery zone, there may be additional fees.
Can I customize my board?
Yes, your board is customizable. Just contact us and let us know what you want your board to include and we will give you a quote so you get the board that fits your party or event best.
